Water leakage between the handpiece

• Check the condition of the handpiece connecting O-rings
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an authorized Hu-Friedy & EMS Repair Center

and the nozzle
• Verify the position of the nozzle and its position on the handpiece
• Verify that no residual remains between the nozzle and the handpiece
• Verify that nothing affects the alignment or prevents xing the nozzle on its holder.
• Replace the nozzle
• Replace the handpiece
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an certied Hu-Friedy & EMS Repair Center
Air and powder leakage on the main unit • Verify the positioning of the bottles
• Check the O-rings under the silicone caps of the powder chamber holders
• Verify the cap of the powder chamber and the O-ring positioning
• Verify the check valve and the O-ring under the powder chamber
• Remove all powder dust between the bottle holder and the powder chamber
• Send the unit to an authorized Hu-Friedy & EMS Repair Center

• Check the seal condition and the cleanness of the thread of the powder chamber cap
• Replace the seals if necessary
• Clean the sealing surfaces carefully
• Replace the powder chambers
• Send the unit to an authorized Hu-Friedy & EMS Repair Center

• Verify the quantity of powder in your unit
• Eliminate residual powder present in the channels using a cleaning needle
