Login via SmartBlue might be impossible due to several reasons. Ensure that the HistoROM is attached. Only one point-to-point connection can be established between a sensor and a smartphone or tablet. If the device is being used for the first time, use the device serial number as the initial password, paying attention to upper and lower case.
