FUNZIONAMENTO ed USO
Interventi preliminari
Sul luogo di lavoro, prima che il trattore inizia a
muoversi e ad operare con la barra falciante è
opportuno eseguire i seguenti controlli preliminari:
verificare che tutte le parti dell’attrezzatura siano
nella posizione prevista e solidamente bloccate;
controllare che l’attrezzatura sia perfettamente
installata sul trattore e che il rubinetto sulla
tubazione idraulica risulta aperto;
verificare l'efficienza delle protezioni e che la
trasmissione del moto non sia impedita o limitata
(pulizia e assenza di oggetti estranei intorno
all’albero cardanico e ai rotori dei dischi);
se non già eseguiti, effettuare gli interventi
giornalieri di manutenzione descritti nel relativo
paragrafo. - Nota: se la macchina viene rimessa
in funzione dopo un lunga sosta, accertarsi che
sia stata sottoposta a normale manutenzione e
che le condizioni del luogo, dove era immagazzi-
nata, o le intemperie non l'abbiano danneggiata;
Messa in servizio (configurazione da lavoro)
L’attrezzatura è in configurazione da trasporto:
- dalla cabina, abbassare il sollevatore del trattore
fino a quando la catena di regolazione altezza si
tende;
- da terra, rimuovere il carter di protezione dalle
lame di taglio;
- Modelli meccanici: liberare la barra di taglio
dall’apposita asta (rimuovendo la coppiglia a R e
svitando la boccola a maniglia - fig.D1) ed
abbassare manualmente la barra di taglio nella
posizione da lavoro;
- fissare l’asta al supporto previsto sul telaio
(fig.D2);
OPERATION and USE
Preliminary interventions
In the field, before working it is necessary to perform
the following preliminary interventions:
verify that all disc mower parts are in them
correct positions and securely fastened;
verify that the equipment is correctly installed on
the tractor and that the tap on the hydraulic
piping results opened;
verify the efficiency of the guards and that the
transmission is not blocked or hindered (cleaning
and removing any unwanted particles from
cardan shaft and rotors of discs);
if they have not been already performed, perform
the daily maintenance checks described in the
relative paragraph.
Note: if the equipment has been out of use or in
storage for an extended period of time, make
certain that it has undergone normal
maintenance procedures and that conditions in
storage or climate have not damaged;
Activation (working configuration)
The equipment is in transport configuration:
- from the cabin, lower the tractor hydraulic lift up
to that the height adjusting chain is extended;
- from ground, remove the protective guard from
the cutting blades:
- Mechanical models: free the cutting bar from
the special rod (by removing the R cotter pin and
unscrewing the handle bushing - fig.D1) and
manually lower the cutting bar in the working
position;
- fix the rod to the support foreseen on the chassis
(fig.D2);
