Modelli idraulici: collegare la tubazione idraulica del
martinetto della barra falciante, dotato di innesto
rapido, ad una presa posteriore (di mandata) del
circuito ausiliario del trattore.
IMPORTANTE
Il peso della barra falciante che grava sul terreno
viene ammortizzato dalla molla A (fig.C9) la cui
tensione viene regolata dal tenditore B (fig.C9).
Questo dispositivo è presente anche sui modelli
idraulici dell’attrezzatura.
Installazione albero cardanico
Per le istruzioni relative all’installazione e all’adatta-
mento dell’albero cardanico vi rimandiamo a quanto
descritto nel proprio manuale di uso e manutenzione.
Prima di tale installazione è indispensabile verificare
che la presa di forza del trattore sia predisposta a
funzionare con una velocità massima di 540 giri al
minuto (rpm) e con rotazione in senso orario;
Rimozione
Per la rimozione della barra falciante dal trattore
eseguire le istruzioni riportate nel paragrafo
Installation in senso contrario.
Immagazzinamento della barra falciante
Parcheggiare l’attrezzatura in un luogo sicuro,
coperto, che abbia una superficie piana e consistente
e che non vi siano problemi per le manovre del
trattore. - Nota: evitare di parcheggiare l’attrezzatura
in luoghi non coperti in quanto l’umidità, sebbene non
condizioni il suo funzionamento, permette in maniera
più marcata la formazione di ruggine sulle parti
metalliche. La stessa formazione di ruggine può aver
luogo se poco prima di parcheggiare la barra
falciante si provvede al suo lavaggio.
Nel procedere con il trattore nel luogo di parcheggio,
accertarsi che nel raggio di manovra non entrino
persone o animali.
Rimuovere la barra falciante dal trattore seguendo le
istruzioni riportate nel punto precedente.
IMPORTANTE
Allentare la tensione delle cinghie di
trasmissione.
Ruotare verso l’alto il fermo
meccanico (fig.C10).
Dopo aver allontanato quanto basta il
trattore dalla barra falciante coprirla
con un telo.
Hydraulic models: to connect the hydraulic piping of
bar mower cylinder, equipped with quick coupling, to
a rear outlet (of delivery) of the tractor auxiliary
circuit.
IMPORTANT
The weight of sickle bar mower on ground is
absorbed by compensation spring A (fig.C9) whose
stretch can be adjusted by turnbuckle B (fig.C9). This
component is also mounted on hydraulic models of
equipment.
Installation of cardan shaft
The instructions relevant to the adjustment and
installation of the cardan shaft are contained in the
proper use and maintenance manual. - Before
installing it is advisable verify that the tractor P.T.O. is
setting to 540 rpm and with clockwise rotation;
Removal
For the removal of the bar mower from the tractor to
perform backwards the instructions described in the
Installation paragraph.
Storage of the bar mower
Park the equipment in a sure place, covered, that has
a flat and consistent surface and that there are no
problems for the manoeuvres of the tractor. - Note:
avoid to park the equipment in sites not covered
because the humidity, also if it does not effects its
operation, allows in way more evident the rusty
formation on the parts. Such formation will be
possible also after an equipment washing.
Before transporting the equipment to the parking
area, make certain that people or animals do not
enter in the ray of manoeuvre.
Remove the disc mower from the tractor following the
instructions described in the preceding point.
IMPORTANT
Loosen the tension of the
transmission belts.
Rotate upward the mechanical stop
(fig.C10).
After having gotten further how much
enough the tractor from the bar mower
to cover it with a cloth.
