MANUTENZIONE
Avvertenze in fase di manutenzione
Per la barra falciante il Fabbricante ha previsto una
serie di interventi di manutenzione che, se rispettati
ed eseguiti con scrupolo dal Cliente, manterranno
inalterate l’efficienza e la capacità di lavoro
dell’attrezzatura preservandola da ogni danno di
funzionamento.
L’operatore, che deve essere maggiorenne,
qualificato ed addestrato per effettuare tali interventi,
deve necessariamente osservare quanto segue:
PERICOLO
- qualsiasi tipo di intervento deve essere
eseguito su una superficie piana, sufficien-
temente illuminata e sgombra di persone,
animali o cose che possano ostacolare ogni
manovra. L’attrezzatura deve essere
appoggiata stabilmente a terra (in
configurazione da lavoro) mentre il trattore
deve avere la presa di forza disinserita, il
freno di stazionamento inserito, il motore
spento e le chiavi di avviamento estratte dal
quadro;
- è assolutamente vietato eseguire interventi
con il motore del trattore acceso e peggio
ancora con l’attrezzatura funzionante;
- prima di qualsiasi intervento, per la sua
incolumità e per prevenire danneggiamenti alla
barra falciante, deve applicare sul cruscotto del
trattore un cartello di segnalazione “Barra
falciante in riparazione”, per evitare che
qualcuno, non accorgendosi dell’intervento in
atto, possa avviare il motore del trattore e la
presa di forza;
- non deve affidarsi alla sua memoria, ma leggere
sempre le istruzioni riportate in questo manuale
ed eseguirle in maniera accurata e nel rispetto
delle norme di sicurezza;
- ogni intervento, una volta iniziato, deve essere
sempre completato e mai rinviato;
- l’impiego delle attrezzature per eseguire gli
interventi di manutenzione è subordinato alle
relative norme infortunistiche, così come è
indispensabile impiegare solo prodotti autorizzati
e non utilizzarli in modo improprio;
- al termine di qualsiasi intervento pulire l’area da
acqua, olio, grasso, stracci unti, attrezzi o altro
materiale;
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance warnings
The Manufacturer, following to operational tests, has
foreseen some maintenance programmes which
permit, if respected and performed with care by the
Customer, to maintain unchanged the equipment
efficiency and capacity preserving the sickle bar
mower from every operating damages.
The operator has to be an adult, qualified and trained
for to perform such tasks and observe as follows:
HAZARD
- any type of intervention has to be performed
on a flat surface, sufficiently lit and clear of
people, animals or things that might hinder
the manoeuvre. The equipment must be
placed firmly on the ground, the tractor must
to have the PTO disengaged, the parking
brake pulled, the engine switched off and the
keys removed from the ignition;
- it is absolutely forbidden perform tasks with
the tractor engine on and with the sickle bar
mower operating;
- before any kind of task though, the operator has
to apply a folder on the access door of the
driving cab with the written “equipment in
reparation” to avoid that someone not knowing
about the task, starts the tractor and engage the
power take off;
- he must not rely on his memory, but he must
always read the instructions of this manual and
perform them in an accurate way and respecting
the safety rules;
- once the maintenance tasks begin, they must be
completed and never postponed;
- the use of tools to perform the maintenance
tasks is subordinated to the related safety rules.
At the same time it’s indispensable to use
authorized products and not to use them in an
improper way;
- at the end of the maintenance or reparation
tasks, clean the area from water, oil, grease,
rags, equipments or other material;
