- Tenere una velocità di avanzamento del trattore
più alta possibile (tra 10 e 15 km/h) per favorire
lo scarico. Per evitare ingolfamenti si consiglia di
appoggiare la barra il più vicino possibile alla
base dell’erba da tagliare, soprattutto in presenza
di erbe molto allettate. La velocità di avanzamen-
to deve sempre essere adattata alle condizioni
del terreno;
- Durante il processo lavorativo osservare sempre
le precauzioni descritte nel capitolo “Sicurezza”;
IMPORTANTE
- Non falciare in zone
pietrose e rocciose;
- operare per pochi
metri e poi verifica-
re se la lavorazione
risulti soddisfacente
o se necessita di
opportune regola-
zioni (vedi punti
successivi);
- la barra può opera-
re con un’inclina-
zione massima di
90° verso l’alto e di
60° verso il basso.
- la barra falciante è
dotata di un
dispositivo di
sicurezza contro gli
ostacoli. Tale
dispositivo si sgancia,
se la barra di taglio urta
un ostacolo,
provocando una
rotazione parziale
all’indietro dell’intera
attrezzatura. In questo
caso arrestare il
trattore senza sollevare
la barra e controllare
che l’albero cardanico
non sia sfilato. Procedere lentamente con il
trattore in retromarcia fino a che il dispositivo si
riagganci di nuovo. Se il dispositivo si dovesse
sganciare con troppa facilità, regolare la relativa
molla (fig.D6 / B);
- durante il lavoro lasciare il fermo meccanico
abbassato (fig.D6 / A).
Cambio di direzione: a fondo campo non sarà
necessario portare la barra falciante in
configurazione da trasporto, ma sarà sufficiente
sollevarla come in fig.D7.
- Keep the tractor speed as high possible between
10 and 15 km/h (6 and 10 Mph) to facilitate grass
discharge. In order to avoid clogging up of blade
we recommend that sickle bar mower rests as
close as possible to grass to be cut especially in
the presence of flattened grass. The
advancement speed must be appropriate for the
working conditions;
- During the working process to observe always
the precautions described in the chapter “Safety”;
IMPORTANT
- Do not mow in stony
or rocky areas;
- after a few meters,
check the working
process and if it is
necessary to
perform the
opportune
adjustments (see
next points);
- the bar can operate
upward with a
maximum
inclination of 90°
and of 60°
downward;
- the bar mower is
equipped with a
safety device
against the
obstacles. Such device
breaks away, if the
cutting bar bumps an
obstacle causing a
back partial rotation to
the whole equipment.
In this case stop the
tractor without to lift the
bar and to check that
the cardan shaft is not
unthread. Proceed
slowly with the tractor in reverse up to that the
device is hooked again. If the device was had to
unhook with too facility, adjust the relative
springs (fig.D6 / B);
- during working operations make sure that the
mechanical stop (fig.D6 / A) is in downward
position.
Change of direction: at end field, it will not be
necessary to put the bar mower in transport
configuration, but it will be enough to lift the cutting
bar, as shown in fig.D7.
