IQ System Controller 3/3G Quick Install Guide
With the exibility oered by Enphase Energy System, customers
can choose to install a system that caters to their current and future
energy needs.
The following illustrative scenarios showcase some of the capabilities:
Scenario 1
Note: The System Shutdown Switch is not used for IQ6, IQ7, and M Series
systems. Refer to the System Shutdown wiring section for details.
This gure shows the system conguration. For wiring,
follow the details in the wiring section.
Whole Home backup
with IQ System Controller 3
This is the preferred conguration for the backup of the entire main
load panel. This conguration supports up to an 80 A breaker for PV
and up to 2x 80 A breakers for the IQ Batteries.
The microinverter ranges supported in this conguration are IQ8 or
IQ6/7 or M Series.
