O Using Microso Entra ID to authenticate users
You can authenticate users by synchronizing existing accounts for Microso Entra ID. is saves you from
having to prepare new user accounts.
To use Microso Entra ID authentication, you need to congure the authentication method, external
authentication, and the search attributes for
Microso
Entra ID authentication.

Signing in with a Microsoft Account from the Printer (Web Cong)
To synchronize the printer with Microso 365, sign in with your organization account for Microso from the
printer using Web Cong.
1. Select Epson Print Admin Serverless Setting List > Microso 365 > Sign In.
Or access the Network tab > Microso 365 > Sign In.
2. Click Sign in with Microso.
3. When the URL for the authentication page is displayed, copy the authentication code, and then click the URL.

Sign In screen opens.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.
Enter the account name that has global administrator role permissions.
5. If Sign In is displayed as the Current Status on the Web Cong screen, you are signed in.
Setting Search Attributes for Contacts for Microsoft Entra ID (Web Cong)
Using your contacts for Microso Entra ID allows you to search for email addresses, fax numbers, and so on for
users registered in "Organization contacts" and "Personal contacts".

Setting search attributes for "Organization contacts" in your contacts for Microso Entra ID allows you to search
for email addresses, fax numbers, and so on for users registered in "Organization contacts" from the synchronized
contacts of Microso Entra ID.
1. Select the Network tab >
Microso
365 > Search Settings for
Microso
Entra ID (Contacts).
2. Select Enable from Search from Microso.
3. Set each item for Organization contacts.
