Cleaning the Platen
If labels, paper dust, or adhesive has adhered to the platen, paper may get jammed, or printing position may
become incorrect.
Clean the platen following the procedure below.

Check that the printer has been turned off.

If paper has been loaded, remove it.

Open the front cover.

Raise the paper holder unit.
5
Use a cloth or cotton swab to remove adhesive adhered to the platen.

Lower the paper holder unit.
