Change the full name, mail address, and authority of the user as necessary, and click
[Save].

Click [OK] in the update confirmation message that appears.
Be sufficiently careful not to set the wrong authority.
• To assign administrator authority, select the [Administrator] check box.
• To assign approver authority (Security Mode only), select the [Approver] check box.
