1. Make sure the printer is turned off. Then open the paper guide cover by pulling its back edge
forward.
2. Lift the printer cover and pull it straight up.
3. Press the tabs on each side of the paper tension unit upward and pull it towards you. Store the
paper tension unit in a safe place.
