15. Lift up the alignment tool and slide it to the other side of the product, next to the right adjustment
guide. Line up the alignment tool and the adjustment guide at the front and back of the product. Note
the location where the alignment tool crosses the front of the white line on the platen.
16. Do one of the following:
• If the location you noted is different from the left side, go to the next step.
• If the location you noted is the same as the left side, go to step 18.
17. Make sure all four of the mounting screws are loose. Then have one person at the back of the
product turn the silver adjustment screw. Turn the screw counterclockwise to move the line back and
