Counterbending die assembly
Follow the steps below to assemble counterbending die (see Figure 11):
● Make sure cursor is far enough from bending die for counterbending die to be mounted: otherwise,
turn the hand wheel counter-clockwise;
● Insert counterbending die into dovetail seat on cursor.
● Adjust incidence angle of counterbending die by turning adjustment screw on cursor. This angle
influences quality of the bending and exclusively depends on operator sensitivity and experience.
