1. Install the two new drive rollers (both the same part number and in the same and
correct grove orientation). Verify that the correct size groove is oriented on the inside.
NOTE!
The wire-feed rollers will either be replaced (to correspond with the size and
type of the new wire being installed) or reused if the same size and type of wire
is being replaced.

NOTE!
Label on roller-side matches with the groove on the opposite-side of the roller.
2. Tighten the drive-roller retaining screw by turning it in the clockwise direction.
Hand-tight is sufficient.
3. The wire must be installed through the wire-feed assembly (see "Installing wire"
subsection).
NOTE!
If the wire was removed the wire will have to be re-installed (see "Installing
wire" subsection).
4. Close the pressure rollers on the wire.
5. Adjust the wire-feed pressure by adjusting the tension on the wire at the wire-feed
rollers by turning the tension knob using the procedure in "Setting wire-feed pressure"
section.
6. Close the door on the wire-bobbin side of the EMP unit.

The gas does not need to be connected for this procedure.
