System
 System Update checks for new firmware update and allows its
installation.
If a new firmware update is available, tap the DOWNLOAD AND
INSTALL
button to download and install the new firmware on the
EXFO EX1 device. A RJ45 or Wi-Fi (see Wi-Fi on page 37)
connection is required on the EXFO EX1 device. The EXFO EX1
device battery charge level must be more than 30% to perform a
system update.
Once the installation is completed, the EXFO EX1 device is
automatically rebooted and the connection is automatically
re-established by the smart device.
 Device
Displays the following EXFO EX1 device information: Device Name,
Model Number, Serial Number, Assembly Hardware Revision, and
Manufacturing Date. The Device Name is editable.
