Note:
Return cable length might vary depending on unit spacing. Ensure you order the proper length
return cable to provide adequate strain relief.
Important:
Because many network management software packages assume a cascade down (stack down)
configuration, we recommend the usage of this configuration.
Cascade Up
In a cascade up (stack up) configuration, the base unit is physically located as the top unit in the
stack. The cable connected to the Cascade Down connector of the base unit terminates in the
