To make use, installation and management of the equipment easier, this manual is divided
into two sections:
SECTION I: INSTALLER MANUAL
This section indicates all the steps and precautions to be taken for correct installation of the
equipment, leaving it in operating condition in its basic configuration (make calls and be
answered, open the door, etc.).
Diagrams for assembly and connection of auxiliary devices are included, along with the
technical features.
SECTION II: USER MANUAL
Handling the equipment by the users is explained, i. e. every person who is going to be
using the system in one way or another.

9 In replacement installations you must ensure that the cables are not bare or in
contact with any metallic part of the installation.

9 If the installation wiring is very worn, Fermax recommend that you change it,
following the previously shown specifications.
For greater distances or additional equipment the recommended sections are as
follows:
As this kit is installed without coaxial cable, the system is ideal for replacement of a
standard 1 line entry system (5 wires) to transform it into a video entry system by making
use of the previous installation.
