NOTICE
Please note, that the high-voltage power supply unit will only
be switched off when the production process in the vacuum
device has finished.
When switching the system off, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off high voltage on the GENIUS unit.
Switch off the main “On/Off” switch of the high-voltage power
supply unit.
DANGER
Before you touch the electron beam vaporizer, earth it with the
earthing rod to remove any possible charge.
