8.4 Inspection of the machine
After completing cleaning, maintenance and repair work:
1. Check that the protective conductor connections are firm.
2. Check that the work has been carried out properly and fully.
NOTICE
After checking and replacing spare and wearing parts make
sure that all safety systems are in working order..
- If all the functions work properly, the electron beam
evaporator is handed over to the operating personnel.
