Capacitive proximity sensors, one at the top and one at the bottom of the waste water tank and process
water tank.
Float switch for overflow protection in every tank

8.10.1 Capacitive proximity sensors
Two capacitive proximity switches are mounted on a profile rail at the side of the reactor tank for monitoring
the water level with holding brackets. The proximity sensors can be adjusted mechanically on the mounting
rail.
The lower proximity sensor indicates that the tank is empty (0 l). The upper proximity sensor indicates the
minimum level of the tank, which is necessary to fully immerse the heater in the process liquid (min. 5 l). In
the initial position, that is, with the tank full, both proximity sensors are actuated.
