If there is a short circuit, the input module will switch off
the power supply to the sensors and communicate the
error to the node. The status LEDs will be switched off
and the inputs of the module will transmit a 0-signal.
When the short circuit has been eliminated, you can
delete this error as follows:

•• Disconnect the input module briefly from the line, or
•• switch off the power supply at the node and then
switch it on again.
