IMPORTANT NOTES
❒ You can only access the contacts
list copied onto the system when
the mobile phone from which it was
copied is connected.
❒ The names stored in the SIM card
or the memory of your mobile
phone can be transferred to the
system in different ways, depending
in the mobile phone model.
GETTING TO KNOW
THE VOICE COMMANDS
While dialoguing with the system, you
can always use the “Help” voice
command to get detailed instructions
on the available voice commands at
any stage of the interaction.
To practice using the “Help”
command, proceed as follows:
❒ Press the
}
steering wheel control.
❒ When the system has emitted an
acoustic signal to indicate that
voice recognition has been
activated, say “Help”.
The system will provide a list of
available voice commands.
❒ You can then say one of the
available commands and continue
with the dialogue as you wish.
❒ If you require further help, press
}
and say “Help”.
PAIRING A
BLUETOOTH
®
DEVICE
NOTE Only do this when the car is
stationary.
To pair your mobile phone with the
system, proceed as follows:

The first method uses manual
interaction.
Proceed as follows:
Press = to activate the Main
Menu.
Select SETTINGS and then press
or to scroll through the
available options, in the following
order:
❒ “User data”
❒ “Pairing”
}
The second method uses voice
interaction:
Press
}
and say “Settings”.
Then, at the end of the message,
say “Pair user”.
❒ The system will display a code
number (PIN) to use for pairing. For
the next two steps, refer to the
chapters on pairing and using
Bluetooth
®
technology for
connection in the manual for your
mobile phone.
❒ Search for devices with Bluetooth
®
technology on your mobile phone
(on the mobile phone, the setting
may be called Find or New Device,
for example). Search this list for the
name that identifies the car system
and select it.
