Manutenzione
Manutenzione del modulo SET
Per un corretto funzionamento nel tempo del
modulo SET è necessario:
• vericare periodicamente il funzionamento
della valvola di sicurezza dell’impianto;
• vericare periodicamente la precarica dei
vasi d’espansione;
• vericare periodicamente l’assenza di
eventuali perdite;
• effettuare la pulizia periodica dello
scambiatore (E) come descritto nel
relativo manuale d’uso e manutenzione.
Per accedere allo scambiatore smontare
il pannello sinistro (nei modelli SET 2.0 -
60/70/80/100/120/200) come descritto al
paragrafo “Installazione”;
• effettuare la pulizia dello scambiatore
(E) nei modelli SET PLUS 2.0 - 25/35/40
come descritto nel par. “Pulizia periodica
scambiatore”.
• effettuare abbondanti risciacqui con acqua
pulita;
• attuare periodicamante un trattamento
termico anti legionella (L.G.A. 2000, Gazz.
Uff. n°103);
• effettuare annualmente il controllo delle
funzioni della centralina (vedi paragrafo
“Manutenzione della centralina”);
• effettuare la pulizia del ltro, dopo la
messa in servizio e successivamente circa
una volta all’anno.

Maintenance
Maintenance of the SET module
To keep the SET module running to maximum
efciency for a long time, you shall:
• check the system safety valve periodically;
• check the pre-charge of the expansion
tanks periodically;
• check for leaks periodically;
• clean the exchanger by means of suitable
products available on the market on a
regular basis. To reach the exchanger,
remove the panel on the left side (models
SET 2.0 - 60/70/80/100/120/200) as
explained in chapter “Installation”;
• As described in chapter “heat exchanger
periodic cleaning”, clean the heat
exchanger (E) in models SET PLUS 2.0
- 25/35/40;
• rinse abundantly with clean water;
• activate the anti-legionella thermal
treatment (Anti-legionella guidelines 2000,
Ofcial Journal n. 103) on a regular basis;
• inspect the functions of the controller (see
paragraph “Maintenance of the controller”)
on a yearly basis;
• clean the lter after the rst start-up and
afterwards on a yearly basis.
