Deleting a saved destination

Select the Stored destinations menu.

Select the destination you wish to delete.
X
Press the j symbol.
You will be asked whether you really want
to delete the destination.

Press the b button to confirm.
The saved destination is deleted.
Selecting the home address
X
Select the Go home menu.
A message appears if there is no home
address
saved. If a home address has been
saved, it is shown.

Confirm with the ÷ symbol.
The route is calculated and navigation to
the selected destination is started.
Selecting a POI
Use this function to select destinations such
as petrol stations, borders or public authori-
ties.

Select the Special destination in
the
vicinity or Special destination
in one location menu.
If the Special destination in one
location menu is selected, the destina-
tion address must first be entered
(Y page 18).
If the Special destination in the
vicinity menu is selected, the POI must
be selected (Y page 18).

Select the desired POI, e.g. Petrol sta‐
tion.
A list of the nearest petrol stations is dis-
played.

Select the desired destination.
The destination address is shown.

Confirm with the ÷ symbol.
The route is calculated and navigation to
the selected destination is started.

Certain
POIs may be selected even if they
are not suitable for your vehicle. This
means, for example, that a border crossing
or a car park that is not suitable for your
vehicle may be displayed.
Checking and changing vehicle char-
acteristics
If this function is activated in the settings
(Y
page 12), you can check and, if necessary,
change the vehicle characteristics before
starting navigation.

Enter a destination (Y page
18).
The route options and vehicle characteris-
tics are displayed.

Confirm the destination with b.
X
If the settings are correct: confirm with the
÷ symbol.

If the settings need to be changed, this can
be done in the same menu.

The settings are changed for the current
active navigation only. The basic settings
remain unchanged.
Saving a destination address
Use this function to save up to 99 destina-
tions in the Stored destinations
list or as
the home address.
Once you have entered or selected a desti-
nation, you can save it before confirming.
