Why are the pulse output values not giving accurate total volumes on my Flomec Control Unit?

  If your Flomec Control Unit's pulse output values aren't providing accurate total volumes, it could be due to a mismatch between your device's pulses per unit of volume and the module's pulse output. To resolve this, reconfigure the module pulse output (or your device) to ensure they match in pulses per unit of volume. Also, verify that the Q9 display calibration is optimized.

What to do if the Q9 display value is not giving correct volume totals on Flomec Control Unit?

  If the Q9 display on your Flomec Control Unit isn't showing the correct volume totals, it might be displaying velocity, flowrate, or accumulative total instead of the batch total. Press the bottom button on the Q9 display until the correct volume is shown. If this isn't the issue, the Q9 display calibration may not be optimized.

  If the Flomec Control Unit has no output signal, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the unit is receiving the correct input power. Second, verify the wiring is correct. Third, check for broken connections by testing resistance to find the break. Fourth, the PC board connector may be defective, contact your distributor or the factory for a replacement. Fifth, the unit itself may be defective, contact your distributor or the factory for a replacement. Finally, if batteries are installed, remove them and cycle the loop power.

  If the scaled pulse output on your Flomec Control Unit is not working or not shown in the Q9 configuration options menu, it may be because batteries are installed, which disables this feature. Remove the batteries, cycle the loop power, and then reconfigure the Scaled Pulse output feature on the Q9 display.
