Why is the display on my Flomec Monitor inaccurate?

An inaccurate display on your Flomec Monitor can stem from several issues. It may be due to an improperly performed field calibration, in which case you should recalibrate or select Factory Calibration, following the Field Calibration Section instructions. Operating the meter below the minimum flow rate can also cause this, so increasing the flow rate might help. Other potential causes include the meter or turbine bearings being clogged with dried liquid (remove and clean carefully, ensuring the rotor spins freely), sealant material wrapped around the meter rotor (remove the rotor and ensure free spinning), or incorrect installation too close to fittings, motors, or an electrically 'noisy' environment (reinstall correctly).
