The following are the individual formulas for each ADJ value:
7.9.2.1 L75_OHMS Range
ADJ1 = ave0 Ω – 0 Ω nominal
ADJ2 = ave75 Ω – 75 Ω nominal
7.9.2.2 LO_OHMS Range
ADJ1 = ave75 Ω – 75 Ω nominal
ADJ2 = ave400 Ω – 400 Ω nominal
7.9.2.3 MED_OHMS Range
ADJ1 = ((ave400Ω – 400Ω nominal) + ((ave40,0000Ω – 40,000Ω nominal)*0.005)+
(ave200Ω – 200Ω nominal))/2
ADJ2 = ave40,000Ω – 40,000Ω nominal
7.9.2.4 HI_OHMS Range
ADJ1 = ave40,000Ω – 40,000Ω nominal
ADJ2 = 0.8333 (ave300,000Ω – 300,000Ω nominal) + 0.5(ave500,000Ω – 500,000Ω
nominal)
7.9.2.5 Millivolt Range
ADJ1 = ave0mV – 0mV nominal
ADJ2 = ave75mV – 75mV nominal
8. Send the calculated ADJ values from step 7 to the UUT using the following
serial commands. The XXXX represents the new calculated value.
