Measure Capacitance
1. Turn off power to the circuit.
2. Disconnect and discharge the capacitor.
3.
Turn the rotary switch to

.
4. Take the measurement noting the correct polarity of
the
capacitor.
If the capacitor requires more discharging, diSC shows while the
capacitor discharges.

Note
Measure one wire at a time because currents moving in
different directions will cancel each other out (see
Figure 4).
