The 8-channel RS-232 expansion card is shown below in Figure 5-2. All eight RS-232 channels are combined
on a single high speed serial stream (8:1), which is transported over a single data port channel on the
motherboard.

Configure switch SW9 to set the backplane data port used by the 907-232 card. Ports 3~6 are available. The
default setting is data port #3.
