5. Align the
GFCI charger
cord with the
charge inlet and
fully insert the
plug into the
outlet.
6. Verify that the battery charge indicator on the
instrument cluster is illuminated during the charging
process.
Note: The humming noise you will hear is the
transformer on the charger, which will operate
regardless of whether the vehicle is accepting the
charge.
Note: If the charge indicator fails to display, make
sure the service disconnect switch is in the ON
position. If the service disconnect switch is on while
charging and the charge indicator fails to display,
follow the flow chart on the next page.
