CLEANING
First remove the gastronorm dishes, support rails and deck trays.
Lift up the air louvers, at an angle, to
disengage them from the slotted brackets.
When replacing the
louvers, slide them
into the slots, with
the outer vanes
horizontal.
The side grills can be lifted off the slotted
brackets, and removed for cleaning.
The tray supports
can be inserted
upside down, to act
as a lifting handles.
Lift the fan cover, disengaging it from the slotted brackets.
