SECTION 4 - COMPONENT TEAR DOWN
Bleach (Bleach/Liquid Softener) Dispenser Cover
The bleach (or bleach/liquid softener) dispenser is located in
the front left corner of the top panel under the lid. It is either
a one chamber dispenser (bleach only) or a two chamber
dispenser (bleach and liquid softener).
To remove the dispenser cover:
1. Disconnect the washer from electrical source and lift the
washer lid.
2. For two chamber dispensers, grasp the center wall
between the wells, pinching while you lift upward.
3. For single chamber (bleach only) covers, you may need
to pry upward with a fl at screwdriver.
Bleach/Liquid Softener Dispenser Chamber
The dispensing chamber is held in place by retaining tabs and
a single screw.
To remove the dispensing chamber:
1. Disconnect the washer from electrical source, lift the
washer lid and remove the dispenser cover.
2. Remove the single screw with a #2 square bit
screwdriver.
3. Press inward with your thumbs on each outer retaining
tab so dispenser will pivot downward on inner retaining
tabs.

IMPORTANT
When re-inserting the dispenser, ensure the inner retaining
tabs are engaged above the opening of the top panel as
you snap the outer retaining tabs into place
