IMPORTANT
Single RED vertical spring is located in front. Two BLACK
vertical springs are located in back.
IMPORTANT
Examine pinion snubber before reinstallation:
• Inspect tefl on lip material for debris or damage
• Wipe dry with clean cloth, if necessary
• Do not wipe with any cleaning agents or alcohol
• Ensure tefl on lips are folded to the outside of ring
• Orient indicating arrow upward
Pinion Snubber (Reinstallation)
To reinstall the pinion snubber and leg and dome assembly:
1. Wipe down bottom of dome and top of base with clean
tissue and isopropyl alcohol.
2. Place pinion snubber in center of base.
3. Place leg and dome assembly on top of pinion snubber.
4. Apply light coating of petroleum jelly on hooks of each
spring and install all nine springs in correct locations as
shown in image below.
