Connecting FRITZ!Box Fon to a Network Hub

1. Connect FRITZ!Box Fon to the mains power supply and

to DSL as described on page 14.

2. Connect one end of the red LAN cable to the uplink port

of the network hub or switch.

3. Connect the other end of the LAN cable to the socket on

FRITZ!Box Fon labeled “LAN”.

You can only connect to the Internet if Internet access is con-

figured on the computer. See the section “Basic Configura-

tion of FRITZ!Box Fon” from page 28 for information about

how to configure an Internet connection.
