Useful Codes
To enter any of the following codes: Press and hold and simultaneously for TEN seconds and a
third chirp sounds. Release the buttons and

Tech Mode
Tech mode allows technicians to reset passwords set in levels one and two. It also resets the time and
date. It also allows the technician to access the fryer main setup mode.
1. Press and hold and  simultaneously for

This clears any passwords set up under levels one and two.

CLEAR SIGNATUre
