The following status indicators are possible:
LED Display and meaning
Ethernet – Lights up green and flashes when the port is transferring and receiving
data packets.
– Does not light up when no connection to a remote port exists.
SFP/SFP+(X1-X4) – Lights up green when the port is transferring 10 Gbps. Lights up green
and flashes when data packets are being transferred and received.
– Lights up yellow when the port is transferring 1 Gbps. Lights up yellow
and flashes when data packets are being transferred and received.
– Does not light up when no connection to a remote port exists.
Out-of-band
