CLEANING LOCATIONS AND FREQUENCIES
Note:
The scanner will need to be cleaned more frequently than stated
above if the following paper is scanned.
• Paper with special coating such as carbonless paper (NCR).
• Paper with large amount of printing. (Heavy toner or ink)
• Paper filled in with Pencil.
• Documents containing a large amount of calcium carbonate.
• Documents with toner that is not fused properly.
