Closing the casing

► Replace the casing cover on the device and push it backwards.
► Secure th e casing cover with the two screws on the rear of the device.
Make sure that the cables are not trapp ed between the casing and the components.
► Connect all the cables removed befo re.

If you want to re move or ad d memory, proceed as follows:

Only use me m ory extensions for notebooks: 1 GByte and 2 GByte modules
DDDR3-1333 SO DIMM or DR3-1066 SO DIMM.
Never use force whe n installing or removing a memory extension.
Make sure that foreign objects do not fall into th e memory extension c ompartment.
Individual components (e.g. the processor heat sink) can become very hot
during operation. We therefore recommend that you wait one hour after
switching off the device before removing or installing the memory m odules.
Otherwise, there is a risk of suffering burns!
As some components are exposed that are s ensitive to static electricity, please
take note of chapter "
Information about boards", Page 19 - English.

► Carefully push the two mounting
clips outwards (1).

► Pull the memory module out of its slot
in the direction of the arrow (3).
