Operation
Switch the device on
► If necessary, switch the monitor on (see the operating manual f or the monitor).

► Switch on the device using t
he main power switch located on the rear o f the device (if present).
► Press the ON/OFF switch on the front of the device.
The power-on indicator
lights green and the device is started.
Switching off the device
► Shut down the operating system in a de fined manner. In Windows: via the
Start menu and the Turn Off Computer function.

stem does not automatically switch the device in to energy-saving mod e or
switch it off, pres
s the ON/OFF switch. Warning, this could lead to a loss of data!
If the device is switched off, it consume s a m inimum of energy.
The ON/O FF switch does not disconne ct the device from the mains voltage. To
completely disconnect the mains voltage, remove the power plug from the power socket.
► If necessary, switch the monitor off (see the operating m anual fo r the monitor).
Open BIOS Setup
BIOS-Setup
► When the system starts, press the
F2
key (several times if necessary).
BIOS Setup will be started. Se lect one of the tabs to access other setting options in BIOS Setup.

► Switch the device on with the ON/OFF switch.
► When starting the syste m, press the
F12
key several times.
The boot menu is displayed.
► Select the desired boot option.
