Ê Open the expansion card lock by lifting it up (2).
The expansion card is now mechanically unlocked.
Ê Hold the removal tool by the green handle and pull it out of the PCI slot
together with the expansion card (3).
I Do not pull on the expansion card itself.
Removing an expansion card from the removal tool
V CAUTION!
When removing the expansion card from the removal tool, pay particular
attention to the engaging hooks that fasten the board to the removal tool
(see arrows in figure 24). Do not lift them by more than approx. 1 mm, in
other words only as far until the expansion card is released. Otherwise
you could damage the engaging hooks.

Ê Lift the green movable engaging hooks (see arrows in figure above) no
more than approx. 1 mm until the expansion card is completely released.
Ê Take the expansion card out and put it aside.
