When You Cannot Uninstall the Software
This section explains how to troubleshoot when you cannot uninstall the following software
programs:
l ScanSnap Manager
l ScanSnap Home
l ScanSnap Organizer
l CardMinder
l ScanSnap Online Update
1. Restart the computer and log on as a user with Administrator privileges.
2. Remove the installation information.

3. Install the software.

4. Uninstall the software.
