[Cause]
When VOLUME level of FB-3000 is changed, it is overwritten in the flush memory. It takes one
minute to complete overwrite. When LAN cable is disconnected or the communication unit is
turned off before completion of overwrite, contents of flush memory are corrupted. In this
condition, FB-3000 memory backs to manufacturer’s default at next power on. Default of MAC
address of FB-3000 is common to all units and therefore, FELCOM500/250 does not recognize
the FB-3000s in the system properly.
[Remedy]
Update the software to 1650220-01.15 and reprogram the MAC address of FB-3000.
Down load the update software from Technet.
