5.5 Sensor
Available in professional ("S" series)
controllers.
The irrigation controller offers advanced
irrigation control using a lockout sensor. That
is, as long as the conditions defined for
activation of the sensor are not met, the i
rrigation schedule will not be implemented.
(The lockout sensor contact remains closed).
Any valve connected to the controller can be
operated in conjunction with the sensor. To
associate a sensor with a particular valve(s), select the desired valve(s) and activate
the sensor for them (see the explanation below).

For example, if a rain sensor is connected to the irrigation controller, irrigation takes
place as long as the sensor remains dry. In the event of rainfall, the sensor prevents
the opening of all the valves associated with it.
