Wi-Fi Setup
Configure the GarageSmart™ Device to a secure Wi-Fi network
The GarageSmart™ device should be connected to a secured Wi-Fi network using a
Static IP.

When initially powered up, the GarageSmart™ device will become a Wi-Fi Access Point for
device configuration purposes and will indefinitely broadcast its unique SSID in the form of
GarageSmart_80_xxxx.
(3)
For security reasons, the GarageSmart™ device will stop broadcasting its unique SSID after a
short period of time once the device is configured to any other Port (examples: 31301, 31302,
etc.) other than Port 80.
1. Confirm the GarageSmart
device has power by verifying that the Status Led is
blinking.
