Safety precautions
Warnings
Temperature measurement response time is affected by use of
esophogeal stethoscope with certain temperature sensors.
Caution
When using the electrosurgery unit, ensure proper contact of the
ESU return electrode to the patient to avoid possible burns at
monitor measurement sites. Also ensure that the ESU return
electrode is near the operating area.
NOTE: Temperature measurement response time is affected by use
of esophogeal stethoscope with certain temperature sensors.
