Error Messages
Messages Explanation
Card error • The memory card is not formatted.
Card full • The memory card is full and cannot store any new images.
Exceeded maximum folder number
• This indicates that the SD card exceeded the maximum number of folders (999).
This could cause a long read time during the camera's power on cycle. Copy the
data to
your PC, format the memory card using the camera.
Picture error
• The picture was not captured correctly.
• The picture is corrupted.
No picture • There are no images in the memory card or in the internal memory.
Lens error • The lens is probably stuck and the camera will power o automatically.
System error • Unexpected error encountered.
Write protect • The write protection switch in the memory card is set to the “LOCK” position.
Scope detection error
• When pictures were taken in Panorama mode, the direction of movement was
incorrect.
•
While shooting in panorama mode, the movement is too slow and the shooting is
not nished in 30s.
