maximumheightlimitswitch(maximum30seconds)andholduntiltheT2100
Treadmillelevationstartschangingagain(maximum2seconds).Thisinitiates
theburn-inmode.Theself-calibrationroutinemustnishbeforetheburn-in
modestarts.
Self-CalibrationRoutine
1.TheT2100Treadmillchecksthefunctionalityoftheelevationlimitswitchesand
thepotentiometerbyrisingtothemaximumheightlimitswitch.
2.TheT2100Treadmillsetstheelevationparametersbydescendingtotheminimum
heightlimitswitchandthenrisingagaintothemaximumheightlimitswitch.
3.TheT2100Treadmilldescendsto10%gradeandrevolvesthewalkingbeltat3.2
km/h(2mph)for30seconds.
Burn-InRoutine
1.TheT2100Treadmillelevatesto25°.
2.TheT2100Treadmillelevatesto0°.
3.TheT2100Treadmillelevatesto10°.
4.TheT2100Treadmillelevatesto12.5°.
5.TheT2100Treadmillactivatesthewalkingbelt.Thewalkingbeltgoesfrom0to
21.7km/h(13.5mph)inincrementsof.8km/h(0.5mph)every7.5seconds.
6.Afterreaching21.7km/h(13.5mph)thewalkingbeltcoaststoastopandthe
elevationlowersto0°.
7.Theburn-inroutinerepeatsuntilpowerisremovedfromtheT2100Treadmill.

things—disconnectedcables,foreigndebrisoncircuitboards,missinghardware,
loosecomponent—canfrequentlycausesymptomsandequipmentfailuresthatmay
appeartobeunrelatedanddifculttotrack.
