Burner Grates
Your mnge has three professional-sbqe double
grates. These grates are position-specific. For
maximum stability, these g_'ates should on])
be used in flleir proper position; the) cannot
be interchanged left to right or fi'ont to back.
For convenience, the undersides of the left
and right g_'ates are marked "I,EFT FRONT"
and "RIGHT FRONT," Make sure the front
portion of bofll g_'ates is in fl'ont. The middle
g_'ate has a bow in fi'ont. Make sIlre die bowed
portion is towards the ti'ont of the mng_.
Cleaning

thfitjuices, etc.) or ti)ods with high sug_u"
content could cause a dull spot if allowed
to set.
\'\lien file surfilce has cooled, wash mid rinse.
For other spills such as tilt spatterings, etc.,
wash wifll soap and water once the surfilce
has cooled. Then rinse mid polish with a
(h2_ cloth.

Stainless Steel Surfaces (onsomemodels)
