Burner Caps and Heads
NOTE: Before removing the burner caps
and heads, remember their size and location.
Replace them in the same location after
cleaning.
Burner caps
I,ift off when cool. Wash l:,umer caps
in hot, soapy water and rinse with clean
water: You may scorn" with a plastic scotwing
pad to relnox'e bm'ned-on food particles.
Burner heads
For proper ignition, make sm'e the
small hole in the section that fits over the
electrode is kept open. A sewing needle
or wire twist-tie works well to tmclog it.
Theslits in the burnerheadsmust bekept clean
at aft times.
Clogged or di m' bm'ner ports or electrodes
will not allow the bm'ner to operate i)ropefl).
An) spill on or arotmd an electro(le must
be carefifllv cleaned. Take care to not hit an
electrode with an)_hing hard or it could
be damaged.
You should clean the bm'ner caps and
bm'ner heads routinel); especially alter bad
spillox'e_s, which could clog the openings
in the bm'ner heads. I,ift off when cool.

on the cooktop, in the con'ect locations
according to flmir size.
