Read these instructions completely and carefully.
[] Replace the Power Cord (Optional) Continued
Perform this step only if the power cord shipped on the range does not match your wall receptacle.
[] 4=Wire Conduit Insta#atien Option
[] Remo_e the strain relief damp ti'om the
bracket.

_&ssemble the squeeze connector (obtained
locally) matching the diameter of rot:u"
conduit, in the bracket hole. Insert the
conduit through the squeeze connector:
_Mlow enough slack to easily attach the wires
to the temfinal block.

NOTE:Do not install the conduit without a
squeeze connectoi _.
Insert the ground bare wire tip between the
range fl'ame and the grotmd plate (removed
eadier) and secure it in place with the
ground screw (removed eadier). Insert the
bare wire (white/neutral) tip through the
bottom center _ffthe temfinal block
opening. Insert the two side bare wire tips
into the lower left and the lower right
temfinal block openings, Tighten the screws
until the wire is fimflv secure (approximately
20 inch-lbs,),
NOTE:Make sm'e the wire is completely
inserted into the temfinal block and a
sectlI'e connection is i/l_lde.

[] Secure the squeeze connector in place in
the bracket by tightening the squeeze
connector screws.
NOTE:ALUMINUMWIRING:
AJuminum building wire max be used but it must
be rated for the correct ami}erage, and xoltnge, to
make connection,

ofsplices,etc.,mustconformtogoodwiring
practicesandlocal codes.
[] Replace the Wire Cover
Replace the wire cover on the range back by
sliding its fight edge trader the retaining tab and
replacing the two scre_:s removed earlier: Make
Stli'e that no wires are pinched between the cover
and the range back.
